Back pain is a common occurrence in adults. If you have back pain, these stretches will help ease discomfort – no equipment is necessary!

Step by Step Instructions
- Stretch knees to chest to relieve back pain
- Rock back and forth for additional relief
- Child’s pose stretch in the opposite direction
- Stretch to the left and right
- Hold each stretch for 30 seconds
- Repeat each stretch three times
- Do these stretches three times a day for the best results

If you have back pain, these stretches might work really well for you. First thing you’re going to do is roll onto your back. Pull your knees into your chest, knees to chest and hold that stretch. You might want to try rocking back and forth.
(Hobo, you gotta let me stretch!) Rock back and forth and side to side. This can help stretch out your lower back.
The other way you can do this is something called Child’s Pose. Get up, and this is the exact same stretch, but the opposite way. Stretch down and hold this stretch. You can also try stretching to the left and to the right.
Hold each stretch for 30 seconds and do that three times each, three times a day.
