From simple ‘cricks’ in the neck to sharp stabs of pain and tingling that radiate down your shoulders and arms, to dizziness, vertigo and nausea, neck pain issues, some of which, like migraines and other types of headaches, aren’t always obvious.
Neck pain can be caused by a range of issues, from a sudden trauma (such as a sports injury or car collision) to a gradual build up of stress, often the result of repetitive strain at work, poor posture, or wear and tear on spinal joints. If these joints are constricted, nerve pain may result. By addressing the root cause (instead of just the pain symptoms), and taking a balanced chiropractic approach to neck problems, I have had great success at quickly resolving neck pain for my clients, without the use of drugs or surgery.
